House of Peroni

Curated by non-profit organization Art Production Fund, the Peroni pop-up experience will feature an interactive installation from artist and architectural designer, Jenny Sabin.

 

Blood Manor

Get into the Halloween spirit by visiting “the city’s most intense haunted house attraction,” which promises to be a scream-inducing experience with new terrors to enjoy.

 

The Museum of Pizza

Now – 10/28, Williamsburg

Food pop-up du jour The Museum of Pizza is now open at the William Vale, billing itself as the world’s first and only immersive art exhibit celebrating pizza.

 

Cartier Carat

Now11/4, Soho

To celebrate the launch of Cartier Carat, Cartier is hosting an olfactory journey incorporating all the five senses, plus workshops, scented meditations, and more.

 

Screens Series: Gelare Khoshgozaran

Now – 11/4, The New Museum

In her videos, performances, and installations, artist and writer Gelare Khoshgozaran mines the effects of displacement and the unstable relationship between fact and fiction.

 

Wonder World

Now – 11/4, Soho

Another Instagram museum, but with a fun twist: it’s set up inside the former studio of Andy Warhol. Visitors will wander through six installation spaces designed by New York-based artists.

 

Human’s Best Friend

Now – 11/12, West Village

Think Museum of Ice Cream, but for dogs. Guests can take their four-legged friends to an Instagram-friendly pop-up (and those without dogs can tag along as well).

Haunted Hayride, Griffith Park

Now – 10/31, Arts District

Far from those kid-friendly rides through a pumpkin patch, the LA Haunted Hayride unleashes all the demons. This year, the attraction celebrates its 10th anniversary.

 

Knott’s Scary Farm

Now – 10/31, Buena Park

Spanning themes like Paranormal Inc., Special Ops: Infected and Shadow Lands, this Halloween takeover of Knott’s Berry Farm is a holiday mainstary worth the trek to the OC.

 

Cheat Day Land

Now – 10/31, Arts District

LA’s newest Instagram museum, Cheat Day Land, celebrates the snacks and treats people love to indulge in. Fittingly, it’s taking place in the same space that once house the Museum of Ice Cream.

 

LONDON

 

BFI London Film Festival

Now – 10/21, Cineworld Leicester Square

The BFI London Film Festival features screenings, Q&As and masterclasses with filmmakers to get stuck into, as well as short films, talks and workshops.

 

Yayoi Kusama Exhibit

Now – 12/21, Shoreditch

The Victoria Miro Gallery will host Kusama’s “The Moving Moment When I Went to the Universe.” The exhibition will feature new paintings, sculptures, and a large-scale Infinity Mirror Room.

Chambers of Flavour V3

Now – 11/3

Immersive eating experience Chamber of Flavour V3 promises to send attendees through a maze of rooms to feast on culinary curios and cocktails.

Ballie Ballerson

Now – 1/26/19

This ball pit bar features interactive art installations including a pool of glowing balls, neon waterfalls, and glittering forests.

Hocus Pocus Screening
